1. Invest $20 million in QUALITYstarsNY (QSNY) and incorporate CCR&R's into QSNY.
2. Maintain funding for child care subsidies & seek child care subsidy reform. Support working families and ensure young children have access to quality early care and education programs.
3. Support the Executive Budget's proposal of $93 million in child care subsidies and advance funds for 2013-14 to help close the gap.
